Step 1 - Initial meeting/consultation

Step 2 - Develop a detailed, in-depth understanding of the job requirement and workplace culture—including skills, timeframes and salary range

Step 3 - Source candidate(s)

Step 4 - Rigorously assess the competencies and profiles of each candidate to ensure skills match the expectations of both client and candidate

Step 5 - Ensure both client and candidate are kept informed throughout the process

Step 6 - Brief the candidate on the interview process

Step 7 - Present the candidate to client

Step 8 - Upon successful placement, provide ongoing support service to client and candidate, to ensure long- term successful placement
